The chat and the follow calls provided high touch of care to their customers. I was surprised with the level of punctuality and professionalism the admins have 2- Adam the technician, Had the smile on the face. For me, as I just moved to this unit, the fantastic greeting played a major part to reduce stress. were so comfortable and confident and provided me with suggestions and best option. Last but not least, Aquaman Plumbing & Heating combined 2 major components. Great customer service, and amazing hardware service. It’s hard to find such attitudes these days.
